Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, delivery windows may differ by item:
- United States: 5–15 business days
- Canada & International: 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Multiple Shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment partners and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping notification.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at lifelongresource@gmail.com and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your order.
